Training & Human Resources Committee

The aim of this committee is to direct the new comers to the most appropriate committee in accordance with the new comers preferences, to provide the members of the society to work efficiently in the society, to determine the number of members needed for a committee according to the plans and work load of that committee and to provide that number of member for that committee, to organize trainings within the committee or society for the members in order to make them improve their skills.
